Mr. Goodell personally discusses your needs with you, visits the property and ferrets out the information you want and need and then writes each individual report to document his findings and opinions.

Mr. Goodell grew up with tools in his hands. Whether helping his dad build a boat or install a water heater, he developed an understanding for how things are built and how they work as a youth . As a licensed General Contractor, he began performing inspections in 1985. Since 1989 (after four years of earning his membership) he has been a Full-Member, Certified ASHI Inspector (Member ID#10926) and he is a California State Licensed General Building Contractor (#462461 – inactive). The American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) is not only the oldest and most respected Home Inspection organization in North America, it is also has the toughest standards for full membership and has the most stringent continuing education requirements for membership maintenance.
